Orders
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days from our warehouse in Denmark.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Complimentary shipping is offered on all Danish orders above 1000 DKK. Orders below this amount are shipped at a rate of 40 DKK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Will duties and taxes apply?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging included.
How do I initiate a return?

Is there a return fee?
For Danish orders, a return fee of 40 DKK will be deducted from the refund when using the provided return label. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Will sold out items be restocked?
Selected styles may be restocked. Availability is not guaranteed.
