Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark within 1–4 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Denmark

Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders above 1000 DKK. Orders below this amount are shipped at a rate of 40 DKK.

All domestic orders are shipped with GLS. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

International

We offer international shipping with GLS or DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Please note that duties and taxes may apply for orders shipped outside the EU and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Atelier Taktil cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier.
