Complimentary shipping on all orders above 1000 DKK.
Orders below this amount are shipped at a rate of 40 DKK.
All orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days with GLS. Delivery times vary depending on destination.
International
We offer international shipping with GLS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return
Items purchased on ateliertaktil.com are eligible for return provided they are returned within 14 days of the delivery date in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging included.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused at the sole discretion of Atelier Taktil. Items may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Items remain the responsibility of the customer until received. We recommend retaining proof of postage.

A return label is included. A fee of 40 DKK will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs, as well as any duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change the size, color, or style of an item, we kindly ask you to return your order and place a new one.
